LCS LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

On January 26, 2005, shareholders formally approved Patricia L. Henley as President of Livingston's Concrete Service. Former President Michael Livingston will remain with LCS in an advisory capacity through the end of the year.

INVESTING IN THE FUTURE

LCS's Lincoln facility is online after extensive construction. The expansion will allow Livingston's to better serve its customers in Placer County.
